Portable Liquid Test Pac
Hydratech Industries have designed a range of liquid test pacs for performing high pressure hydrostatic testing. Also known as hydrostatic test systems, they are highly portable and only require nominal air supply pressure to operate. Some models can even reach a maximum pressure of up to 100,000 psi.

M Series Liquid Test Pac (1/3HP) – Pressure up to 15,000 psi. (1030 bar) – Flow rates up to 3 gpm. (12 l/min) – All Hydraulic Liquids, Water-plain or DI, Solvents, Mild Chemicals, Liquefied gases. – All models operate on an air drive of between 25~125 psi (1.8~9 bar). – Hand pump option available for applications requiring precision pressure control or where no air drive is available. |

8-Series Liquid Test Pac (8HP) – Pressure up to 22,500 psi. (1530 bar) – Flow rates up to 12 gpm. (45 l/min) – All Hydraulic Fluids, Water-plain or DI, Solvents, Liquefied gases. – Displacement per stroke, double acting output and efficient use of drive air or gas gives this range a decided advantage over smaller pumps in the same pressure range. |
Portable Gas Boosters
Hydratech Industries have designed Portable Gas Booster units for fast, efficient and economical method of gas testing as well as for pre-charging gas pressure. These units optimizes the use of commercially bottled gases down to as low as 150psi and is capable of charging cylinders or accumulators to up to 3,000 psi or more. With all the necessary components installed, these units require minimum training to operate.
